What We Do

Once we enroll a new client, we go to work on reducing the payoff term of their mortgage loan. Their loan term could be reduced by up to 7 years, depending on various factors, without refinancing.

How Your Clients Benefit

They will have more money in their pockets by getting out of PMI faster, freeing up premium dollars that can go to your insurance product, not their lender’s Private Mortgage Insurance. Additionally, since their loan will be paid off faster they will be able to trade their no longer needed mortgage payments for your huge cash value life insurance premiums, building their net worth at an incredible rate.

How You Benefit

You receive 20% (typically $300) of the program enrollment fee as a referral bonus paid to you the month after our client pays their fee.
